Passionate about client education
Why we go to great lengths to help you understand
We believe that your pet’s well-being is significantly improved when you fully understand their needs. That’s why we’ve dedicated time to creating effective client educational tools. During your visit, we use a combination of images, diagrams, and videos to clearly explain your pet’s condition. Where applicable, we will also send you a text link to access further reading. This approach, combining verbal explanations with visual aids, has been highly appreciated by our clients. Our program is tailored to ensure you receive the information you need in the most effective way, empowering you to take the best possible care of your pet.
Our Services
Our team includes highly skilled vets, allowing us to provide not only standard veterinary services but also advanced treatments not available at all clinics. Additionally, we offer Canine Rehabilitation Services and Luxury Pet Boarding for cats and small dogs.
Caring for your pets and supporting you too
At Vet Lounge, we prioritise listening to your concerns and customising our care to fit you and your pet’s unique needs. To make everything as clear as possible, we use visual aids like diagrams and videos during consultations, helping you fully understand your pet’s health and treatment options. We’re committed to empowering you with the knowledge you need to make the best decisions for your pet. With our advanced medical technology, we’re ready to handle everything from routine check-ups to complex procedures. Check out our services page for more infomation.

What our clients have to say
🎉 BIG NEWS, CURRUMBIN! 🎉
Did you know that @caninerehabcentre is now officially at our Currumbin clinic every Friday?! 🐾
At The Vet Lounge, we wholeheartedly believe in the benefits of canine rehabilitation and the difference it can make to your dog’s comfort, strength, mobility and quality of life 💙
Our rehab therapist, Janet, is here to help your pup move better, feel better and get back to doing the things they love!
Canine rehabilitation may benefit dogs who: 🐶
• Are recovering from orthopaedic surgery
• Have arthritis or stiff joints
• Experience hind leg weakness or muscle loss
• Have neurological conditions affecting mobility
• Have spinal injuries or intervertebral disc disease (IVDD)
• Are experiencing age-related changes in strength, balance or mobility
• Have hip dysplasia
Just to list a few 🐾
Rehab isn’t just for recovery — it’s about improving quality of life, too! ✨
Every dog is different, which is why Janet starts with a thorough initial consultation to assess your pup’s needs, understand their condition and develop an individualised exercise plan, with guidance on what to expect throughout their rehabilitation journey.
