Who is Nicole when she’s not being a vet?
Outside of work Nicole enjoys anything outdoors, so you’ll find her most weekends out on her boat or relaxing at the beach. She is also a big AFL fan and has an obsession with old cats! She collects every old cat needing a new home! Nicole also loves family time and being with her son James.
Education
In 2004, Nicole graduated from the university of Queensland with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in microbiology.
In 2009, she graduated from the University of Queensland again, with a bachelor of Veterinary Science.
Special Interests
Nicole has a special interest and passion for feline medicine (she loves everything cat!). She’s a magnificent GP vet, dedicating her time equally between medicine and surgery. Due to her additional degree majoring in biology, she is often called upon for her opinion with ear and skin cases.

Who is Natalie when she’s not being a vet?
Natalie loves spending her spare time training for half marathon races, scuba diving, and capturing the underwater world through photography. Her favourite activity outside of work is spending time with her beloved pets: Lexie, an elderly Chihuahua cross of unknown age, Merlin, the sweetest and squishiest 13 year old chocolate Burmese, and Kilmouski, her hyperactive one year old chocolate point Siamese. Natalie also has a keen interest in home decorating and enjoys op shopping for designer bargains.
Education
Natalie considers herself incredibly fortunate to have had three dream careers as a Marine Biologist, Police Officer and Veterinarian. She earned a Science Degree in 1987, a Master of Science in Parasitology in 1992, and a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours) in 1997, all from the University of Queensland. In 2015, she completed a Master of Science (Forensic) as part of her qualification for the rank of Sergeant in the Police. Over the past 20 years, Natalie has worked full-time as a Police Officer, serving as both a Scientific Officer and a Police Prosecutor, while continuing part-time work as a veterinarian.
Special Interests
Natalie has a strong interest in all aspects of caring for geriatric pets, with a particular passion for managing the health and wellbeing of senior cats and their age-related conditions. She also enjoys working through skin cases and is committed to ongoing learning and professional development in veterinary medicine.

Who is Robyn when she’s not being a vet nurse?
When Robyn’s not working she’s driving her daughter to and from dance classes and performances (Dance Mom!). She enjoys spending time with her family including Roxy the Labradoodle, Jasper the Maltese X Shih Tzu & Jiminy Cricket the cat. To relax she enjoys getting lost in a good book or movie or binge watching shows on Netflix!
Education
Robyn has a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing & has been nursing for over 20yrs. Yikes!
Special Interests
Robyn enjoys all aspects of working in a veterinary clinic from reception to surgical nursing but has a soft spot for looking after the cats who are staying in the luxury boarding facility.

Who is Ivy when she is not being a vet nurse?
When Ivy’s not at work, you can usually find her enjoying the beach with her two dogs, Jeffrey and Arthur, or hanging out in the paddock with the farm animals. She loves listening to music, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
Education
Ivy holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. She has also completed the Hills Puppy Preschool qualification.
Special interest
Ivy is deeply passionate about patient care, dedicated to providing each patient with a positive and joyful experience during their visit. She takes great joy in organising and comforting our hospital patients and has a genuine love for animals. She also enjoys engaging with clients about their beloved pets.

Who is Mary when she’s not running the practices?
Outside of work Mary enjoys long walks with her Cavoodle named Jelly, yoga and anything gymnastics! When she’s not with her dog or doing handstands, she enjoys time with her husband Paul and daughter Tayah. Mary also has three cats and is a proud ‘crazy cat lady’.
Education
Mary started her career as a Veterinary Nurse 27 years ago but quickly progressed to Management. She holds a Cert IV in Frontline Management, has written and published two books on Puppy & Kitten Health and Behaviour (selling over 100,000 copies in Australia) and is also the founder of Veterinary Branding – a veterinary Marketing and Graphic Design business. Mary is also proud to have won two very prestigious awards – Telstra Business Award (Best Emerging Business in QLD) and Westpac Business Award (Best New Business).
Special Interests
Mary is passionate about providing exceptional care to not only patients, but clients too. As a huge animal lover, she understands how stressful it can be to have unwell pets and constantly strives to improve the way we communicate veterinary care to clients. She is equally focused on client care as she is with patient care! Mary is very passionate about the Veterinary Industry and often participates in discussions on how we can improve the industry.
