Have a pet health concern? Consultations are available by appointment Monday to Saturday at all Vet Lounge clinics and are also available on Sunday’s at our Coomera practice.
Each time you visit us, our number one goal is that you leave with a complete understanding of your pet’s illness or condition and are confident to administer any medications. It is also our priority to ensure you are confident with what you have to do to keep your pet healthy after visiting for a routine appointment like a vaccination.
Our vets are educators
We are so serious about helping you better care for your pet that we developed an iPad application called ‘iConsult’. The app enables our vets to show you diagrams to help better explain your pet’s condition. The iConsult app also allows us to email you a range of e-books so you, and your family members who weren’t able to attend the consult, can read more information at home. The e-books have been written by our very own vets, so you can rest assured the information is correct.
Follow up phone call
Our nurses also follow up with a phone call 24-48 hours after your appointment. This is to make sure your pet is responding to treatment appropriately and to ensure you are administering any medications successfully. The follow up call also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions that you may not have thought to ask during your consultation.
